Abstract

This edition provides methodological recommendations for the development of competencies related to the preservation and strengthening of mental health, safe behavior in emergency situations, in the context of the security situation in Ukraine and taking into account the methodological recommendations for the development of standards of higher and professional pre-higher education, the National Framework qualifications, The concept of safety of educational institutions, a typical program of professional development of pedagogical, scientific-pedagogical and other employees of educational institutions "Organization of a physically and psychologically safe educational environment: response to threats or emergency situations". The publication is addressed to representatives of institutions of higher and professional pre-higher education for guidance in the modernization of the educational process and educational programs in the conditions of martial law and emergency situations.
