Abstract

The post-war reconstruction of Ukraine will require significant efforts from all sectors of the population, including graduates of higher education institutions. Their knowledge, skills and abilities will play a key role in the reconstruction of the country. In today's world, the knowledge, skills and abilities of graduates of higher education institutions of Ukraine are a key factor in the development of the economy, the competitiveness of the state, and personal success. Therefore, the study of theoretical and methodological aspects of this topic is important for the improvement of the higher education system and the training of qualified specialists with higher education who meet the needs of society.
