Abstract
The methodological principles of implementing educational models of specialized science-oriented education in general secondary and extracurricular education institutions have been examined: models for developing publication activities of young researchers, cognitive apprenticeship, Maker Education models, and the Bèta&TechMentality model of scientific and technical mindset. International experience in implementing STEM education in the United States, Singapore, and Finland has been reviewed, allowing the identification of key elements for the successful integration of a scientific approach into the educational process. The importance of developing critical thinking, scientific literacy, and research competencies among students has been highlighted. The necessity of creating modern infrastructure, including the use of digital platforms, interactive laboratories, and simulations, has been substantiated. Key challenges of implementation have been identified, including insufficient funding, limited resources, and low teacher motivation.
