Abstract
The work curriculum of the normative academic discipline "Organization and Management of Social Projects" for applicants of the second (master's) level of education of the educational and scientific program "Social Work. Social Rehabilitation" of the field of knowledge 23 "Social Work" of the specialty 231 "Social Work" contains a general description, goal, objectives and program material of the discipline. The purpose of teaching the academic discipline "Organization and Management of Social Projects" is to provide theoretical and practical training of future specialists in social work and social rehabilitation to organize project activities, manage social projects and find resources for their implementation. The main tasks of the discipline "Organization and Management of Social Projects": to familiarize applicants with the categorical apparatus of project management and fundraising activities in the field of social work; to teach how to effectively apply modern tools and methods of managing social projects at all stages of the life cycle, including from the emergence of an idea to monitoring and evaluating results; to provide applicants with practical experience in developing their own social projects, in particular in writing application forms and assessing project resources and risks, for their successful implementation in the field of social work; to introduce fundraising as a tool for attracting various donors and resources for social projects; to determine the role of crowdfunding and crowdsourcing as tools for stimulating the development of regions and communities. The program material of the discipline includes topics: the basics of project management in social work; the essence and key stages of managing social projects; tools and technologies for managing social projects; features of implementing social projects in united territorial communities; the content of fundraising activities and forms of its support; crowdfunding and crowdsourcing as tools for stimulating the development of regions and communities. . The course duration is 120 hours, which corresponds to 4.0 ECTS credits. The form of final control is a credit.
