Abstract

The guidance manual "Designing and Planning Professional Transformation" has become a relevant and essential tool for specialists in the field of education. Focused on the importance of professional transformation in times of uncertainty, it provides valuable resources for professional change, helping to define clear goals and pathways to achieving them. The content of the manual facilitates a systematic approach to studying and implementing methods for the transformation of pedagogical professionals. Special attention is given to self-awareness and the development of action plans aimed at ensuring a dynamic process of change or transformation in professional life, contributing to the acquisition of new skills, knowledge, approaches, and a deeper understanding of the value of one’s professional mission.
