Abstract

In the conditions of martial law in Ukraine, the problem of transformation and transformational processes in the management of general secondary education institutions is relevant, it is on their implementation that the qualified management of these institutions depends. Transformational processes in the management of general secondary education institutions and educational institutions in Ukraine in the conditions of martial law and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine will be effective provided that qualitative changes are achieved in the organization of management and the educational process, personnel training, and the implementation of new models of state and public administration aimed at the innovative development of general secondary education institutions.
