Abstract

These guidelines are designed to provide practical support to professionals who work with families raising children with special educational needs, as well as to parents themselves. They present the forms of psychological assistance, taking into account the peculiarities of wartime conditions, adapted methods of support, and also describe the main difficulties and factors affecting the mental well-being of families with children with PWD. We hope that these methodological recommendations will be a useful tool in overcoming the challenges of war and will help create conditions for preserving the mental health and stability of every family.
