Abstract

The article updates the problem of forming the career orientation of students in the conditions of a shortage of qualified workers in the labor market and the reform of the New Ukrainian School. The results of the research on the levels of formation of career orientation at the ascertaining and formative stages of the research are presented. A conclusion was made about the effectiveness of the developed and substantiated technology of forming career orientation in students.
