Abstract

The educational and professional program for short-term advanced training courses "Innovative technologies of educational work with applicants for professional (vocational and technical) education in martial law conditions" is aimed at increasing the level of competence of pedagogical workers in the field of implementing innovative technologies of educational work with applicants for professional (vocational and technical) education. The program reflects the current state of pedagogical science in ensuring effective educational work in vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions in martial law conditions, contains a set of educational components, including content modules, control measures, etc., aimed at achieving certain learning outcomes (competences), which entitles specialists to obtain certain educational and professional qualifications in accordance with social and educational challenges, employers and key stakeholders. The educational and professional program is intended for advanced training of pedagogical workers of vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions through distance, full-time and distance, and correspondence forms of study. After successfully mastering the program, professional (specialized, subject) competencies are acquired or improved.
