Abstract
Multilingual education The Council of Europe considers the field of education through diversity, plurality of languages and cultures, ensuring the rights of each learner at the level of EU member states. The main goal is to ensure quality education, carried out in the best possible conditions of traditional and or inclusive learning, using motivated models.
