Abstract

The article presents the results of the implementation of pedagogical technology: workshop "Development of professional competence of a teacher of a vocational college". The stages of the workshop's approbation are presented, the effectiveness of the work is proven on the basis of the recorded changes in the structure of the components of professional competence of teachers of vocational pre-higher education institutions.
