Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the program of corporate education and training of scientific and pedagogical workers in higher education institutions. The program is designed to form a system of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions regarding the organization and implementation of andragogical training of teaching staff. The program presents a matrix of program competencies and learning outcomes, which is compiled on the basis of the "Professional Standard for the Group of Professions of Teachers of Higher Education Institutions (professor, associate professor, senior lecturer, lecturer, assistant)". The content of the program covers 6 modules, each of which is designed for 30 hours. The topics of lectures, seminars and practical classes are interconnected: the topics of seminar classes complement and reveal lectures, and the topics of practical classes are aimed at combining theory with practice. In general, the training course contributes to the preparation of scientific and pedagogical employees of higher education institutions for the development and implementation of corporate programs aimed at improving professional skills, developing professional competencies and improving the quality of professional activity.
