Abstract

The materials of the methodological seminar "Development of a Gifted Personality: Global and National Contexts" highlight current scientific and practical issues of giftedness, the development of gifted children and youth, and the use of innovative approaches in addressing the challenges of supporting and accompanying gifted students in the modern informational and educational environment. The works of the participants are dedicated to the main thematic areas of the seminar, including: - Modern scientific trends in the study of giftedness; - Diagnostics, forecasting, design, and support for the development of gifted individuals; - Psychological and pedagogical support for the self-determination and self-realization of gifted students; - Science education: theory, practice, and innovations; - Philosophy for children as a means of forming educational competencies; - Technologies for developing the abilities and giftedness of preschool-aged children; - Training specialists to work with gifted children and youth. This publication is recommended for researchers, administrators and representatives of educational institutions, institutes of postgraduate education, pedagogical staff at all levels of the education system, psychologists, sociologists, and other professionals. Articles are presented in the author’s original text (preserving the style, spelling, and language). The authors of the published materials are responsible for the accuracy of the facts, quotes, references, and sources provided.
