Abstract
Modern state educational policy is aimed at meeting the needs of every student, including children with hearing impairments, and the demand for correctional and developmental services for such children is growing. Among students, there are more and more people with hearing aids using cochlear implant systems. It is obvious that the number of cochlear implant users varies significantly between countries. The International Community of Action on Cochlear Implants (CIICA) seeks to eliminate this gap and provide lifelong support for all who need it. The number of people with hearing impairments using cochlear implant systems correlates with the level of awareness about cochlear implantation.
