Abstract
The purpose of the study was to determine the psychological characteristics of the effectiveness of the acquirers of professional education and the ways of its psychological preparation. To achieve it, the following research tasks were determined: to conduct an empirical study of psychological disorders and their effectiveness and to develop and test a psychocorrective program to reduce its level. The results of the survey show that the vast majority of respondents have not personally encountered bullying, have a negative attitude towards this phenomenon and are observers of this process. According to the results of the research using the method of L. Pochebut, we found that the majority of the respondents have an average level of aggressiveness, a third - a low level, and only a small proportion - a high level. Therefore, physical aggression prevails in boys, and verbal aggression prevails in girls, other types of aggression do not have significant differences by gender. The analysis of the results obtained with the help of the questionnaire of A. Bass - A. Darka shows that indirect, mediated types of aggression are the most characteristic for education seekers: negativism, insults, irritation and verbal aggression. So, negativism, resentment, verbal and physical aggression predominate in boys, indirect aggression and feelings of guilt prevail in girls. The results of the application of the "Q-sorting of behavior tendencies in the group" method indicate the predominance of the following tendencies in the groups of education seekers: «Sociability», «Avoidance of struggle» and «Acceptance of independence of group norms, standards and moral and ethical values». For the purpose of psychological prevention of aggressiveness among students, a Comprehensive program of psychological prevention of aggressive behavior was created and tested, which consists of 13 classes.
