Abstract

The educational and professional program for short-term advanced training courses "Psychological support of participants in the educational process in martial law conditions" is aimed at increasing the level of competence of pedagogical workers in the field of organizing psychological support for participants in the educational process in institutions of professional (vocational and technical) education. The program reflects the current state of psychological science in ensuring the right of participants in the educational process to high-quality and effective psychological assistance in martial law conditions, contains a set of educational components, in particular content modules, control measures, etc., aimed at achieving certain learning outcomes (competences), which gives the right to specialists to obtain certain educational and professional qualifications in accordance with social and educational challenges, employers and key stakeholders. The educational and professional program is intended for advanced training of pedagogical workers of institutions of professional education in distance, full-time and distance, correspondence forms of study. After successfully mastering the program, professional (specialized, subject) competencies are acquired or improved.
