Abstract

The article examines the peculiarities of the professional culture development of postal structural subdivision managers under the conditions of domestic and global markets. The importance of the professional culture of the structural subdivision managers for improving the management efficiency of the postal enterprise and increasing the competitiveness of the organization was analyzed.
