Abstract

The article presents a diagnostic tool for assessing the levels of development of professional competence of teaching staff of vocational colleges in the conditions of a pandemic, war and post-war times. The criteria, indicators and levels of development of professional competence of pedagogical workers of vocational colleges were characterized.
