Abstract

A frequency analysis of the results was carried out for the block “General socio-demographic data” and individual questions of the block “Healthy lifestyle”. The factors that contribute to maintaining the health of Ukrainians the most are their lifestyle and social environment. Accordingly, most respondents believe they currently adhere to a healthy lifestyle, although at the beginning of the full-scale war, they experienced significant difficulties. Also, under a healthy lifestyle in the current conditions, they understand a combination of giving up bad habits, forming new useful habits, and adhering to existing ones. At the same time, when it comes to the manifestations and adherence to a healthy lifestyle, the difference in gender, age, educational, professional, geographical, household, and financial characteristics of a person is important.
