Abstract
The relevance of developing the legal competence of vocational teachers in the construction industry is due to the current socio-economic and legal transformations in Ukraine and includes knowledge, skills and the ability to comply with legal norms, which is critical for the training of qualified professionals. Methodological approaches, such as systemic, personality-oriented, competency-based, contextual and action, ensure the integration of legal knowledge into the educational process. The development of this competence contributes to the formation of a legal culture among students, which is necessary for their professional activities in construction.
