Abstract

The training program "Training a career counselor for general secondary education institutions" was developed in accordance with the modern state policy of the National University of Ukraine on the provision of career counseling services for advanced training for teachers of secondary education. The program is focused on deepening knowledge of the regulatory and legal aspects of the activities of teachers in the direction of career counseling and expanding ideas about modern challenges and opportunities in the field of career counseling, acquiring career counseling competencies and preventing wrong professional choices, improving existing competencies, providing professional career counseling services to students of secondary education. The advanced training program "Training a career counselor for general secondary education institutions" is designed for teachers of secondary education, students of pedagogical universities.
