Abstract
In the educational manual "Atlas of professions competitive on the labor market in the conditions of the post-war recovery of Ukraine" a comprehensive system of short-term demand forecasting for new specialties, qualifications, areas of activity on the regional and local labor markets has been developed with the aim of its further implementation for the training of highly qualified and competitive specialists with higher education. Large-scale forced migration of the able-bodied population outside the country, mobilization to the ranks of the Armed Forces, the deepening of educational and professional disparities in the labor market and its uneven recovery in both geographical and sectoral dimensions caused a shortage of qualified candidates for employment in regional labor markets. The analysis and classification of qualification gaps in the labor market for persons with higher education by groups of professions was made: leaders and managers; professionals and specialists in 6 regions of Ukraine (Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, Kyiv, Odesa, Kharkiv, Khmelnytskyi) and the city of Kyiv. The most popular professions, the shortage of vacancies (the largest number of unemployed), the shortage of personnel (the largest number of vacancies) have been determined. The results of the scientific search were obtained in accordance with the comprehensive topic of the National People's Republic of Belarus of the Bilotserkiv Institute of Continuing Professional Education of the DZVO "UMO" of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine "Qualification gap in the labor market in the conditions of war and post-war recovery of the economy of Ukraine" (0124U001101, 2024). For the general public of educators and employers who are involved in the organization of various segments of continuous professional development of specialists for the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine's economy.
