Abstract
The bulletin reveals the essence of the educational environment approach, the International Classification of Functioning, Disability, Health of Children and Adolescents (ICF-DA); presents a conceptual model of using the ICF-DA to create a barrier-free educational environment in the context of inclusive education (E. Danilavičiūtė); an analysis of the concept of typology of educational difficulties, based on the ICF-DP, as well as technologies for determining educational difficulties in persons with special educational needs (SEN) and levels of their support in the educational environment is presented; the essence of using the ICF-DP to assess the degree of functionality of a person with SEN is revealed; a general algorithm of psychological and pedagogical support for persons with SEN as a result of analysing their functioning through the ICF-DP is presented.
