Abstract

Social changes in the domestic military and post-war society cause the transformation of professions, professional activities, professional culture of a specialist. The development of the professional culture of practical psychologists of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions, who take an active part in the educational process of training future specialists in all branches of the economy, is also changing. In terms of the functioning of the military and post-war society of Ukraine, there is a need to study the trends in the development of the professional culture of practical psychologists of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions in the conditions of global social and economic transformations. The professional culture of a practical psychologist of a professional (vocational and technical) education institution represents an integrative, dynamic, complex personal education of a specialist, which provides progressive indicators of mental development in accordance with the requirements of the profession. Professional culture consists of the interaction of interrelated motivational, valuesemantic, cognitive, behavioral-active, emotional-volitional, reflective components. Trends in the development of the professional culture of practical psychologists of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions in the war and post-war times of global transformations are determined by the following factors: general societal factors; regulatory requirements of the Professional Standard "Practical psychologist of an educational institution" and other legislative acts; individual development of the system of components of the professional culture of a practical psychologist of a professional (vocational-technical) education institution. The significant role in the development of the professional culture of the aforementioned specialists is played by the systematic solution of theoreticalapplied, content-related, organizational-methodical challenges of their professional activity.
