Abstract

The author's andragogically oriented model of professional development of HEI teachers in corporate education conditions is analyzed. The goal is to promote the professional development of HEI teachers in corporate education conditions, which is implemented by performing a number of tasks: ensuring the motivation of HEI teachers for professional development on andragogical principles, deepening andragogical knowledge, developing personal qualities and professional competencies. Accordingly, the result is an increase in the level of professional development of HEI teachers in corporate education conditions.
