Abstract
Theses tell how important it is to support people with special needs, because every person in society can benefit and be happy. It is shown how the state can support people with special needs, including in education. The process of learning in inclusive institutions is described. Everyone needs socialization, so it is important that people with typical abilities learn together with people with special needs. Theses describe how the Ukrainian authorities use international experience to improve the conditions for inclusion in the education system.
