Abstract

the article examines the problem of career guidance, learns the problems of Ukrainian society, which remained after the USSR: ignoring the humanity and basic needs of human, looks into the future of children who have not yet been born, and vice versa, into the history that forces children to appear who are unnecessary to their own parents. The article challenges the reader to raise questions that are often silenced, tries to find the reason why students do not want to study, among the reasons may be undue workload, lack of self-belief or wrong choice of profession. An unjustified burden on students and pupils at school is a result of illiterately constructed education system that is not aimed at serving a civil democratic society. Lack of self-belief is the cause of improper upbringing, which should take place not only at school, but also in the family. Wrong choice of profession - there are several reasons for this, they are covered in the article. In post-war reconstruction, when there is a gap between the needs of the market and the direction of training graduates, a mismatch between the demand and supply of the workforce in terms of qualifications, the issue of low student motivation to study is relevant. If in Ukraine there has always been a problem that students go to work not according to the diploma they received, work during lectures and seminars, skipping them, then in the post-war reconstruction such processes will affect the competitiveness of our state on the world stage, which will threaten not only the disappearance of communities, and will threaten the disappearance of the state from the earth, which is what our enemies are trying to achieve. We have such a problem as the assimilation of Ukrainians with Europeans, due to fleeing the war and Russians, due to forced removal and occupation, population decline. Therefore, we must do everything possible so that education provides the country with a quality workforce that will work to their satisfaction for the good of the country, feeling the security of the future for their children. Education together with business should work for the benefit of Ukraine's economy.
