Abstract

This scientific and methodological manual was prepared in the context of the implementation of the second stage of scientific and research work on the topic: "Psychological and pedagogical factors of the development of competencies and skills of specialists in a comprehensive system of short-term forecasting of demand for professions in the conditions of post-war restoration of Ukraine" of the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology and Management of the Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Professional Education of the State Institution of Higher Education "University of Educational Management" of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine. At the second stage, which was implemented in 2024, an analysis of the social status of a qualified worker in Ukraine under martial law was carried out and methodological tools and new forms of organizing training in formal, non-formal and informal education for the development of professional competencies and skills of specialists were described; describes the changes that were made to the educational programs for training specialists at the second (master's) level of higher education, based on the results of the analysis of the labor market and requests from employers under martial law to improve the quality of training specialists with higher education. The manual is the result of the work of scientific and pedagogical workers of the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology and Management, aimed at studying the theoretical and practical aspects of the development of competencies and skills of modern specialists in the labor market. This manual is a valuable resource for education seekers, postgraduate students, scientific and pedagogical workers and everyone who is interested in the functioning of the modern labor market.
