Abstract
The educational and methodical manual is intended to support applicants of the second (master's) level of higher education in the specialty 073 Management in the context of future managers mastering the issues of ensuring the economic sustainability of enterprises. This manual is of great importance for master's students who are preparing for a managerial career. By considering aspects of ensuring the economic sustainability of enterprises, applicants will be able to gain a deeper understanding of how risk management, financial planning and strategic management are carried out. Such education will help future managers to make informed decisions aimed at ensuring the stability and success of the enterprise in a competitive environment. The manual summarizes key aspects related to ensuring the stability and success of the enterprise, analysis of economic risks and their management, financial planning and financial management, strategic management and formation of competitive advantage, ensuring the financial stability of the enterprise, the role of personnel management in ensuring economic security. The manual on the discipline "Economic security of enterprise activity" is part of the educational and methodological complex for the discipline "Economic security of enterprise activity" of the educational and professional programs "Management of an educational institution" and "Administrative management" for applicants of the second (master's) level of higher education in specialty 073 Management at the Belotserk Institute of Continuing Professional Education. The content of the publication will be useful for applicants who study the specialty 073 Management, as well as for everyone who is interested in the issues of economic security of enterprises in higher education institutions.
