Abstract

The publication presents the results of information and analytical monitoring of the use of web resources of the Institute for Digitalization of Education of the NAES of Ukraine “Digital Library of the NAES of Ukraine”, Electronic Scientific Professional Edition “Information Technologies and Learning Tools” and “Website of the Institute of Digitalization of Education of the NAES of Ukraine” for 2023. The monitoring was carried out using various scientometric and information and digital systems. The following criteria were used during the monitoring: the number of publications, citations, downloads of scientific papers, Hirsch index, number of users, views, events on the site, demographics and behavior of visitors, technologies of visiting the site, traffic sources, etc. The data obtained allowed us to analyze the dynamics of using the web resources of a scientific institution, identify and correct problem areas of the site, and find out whether the web resource fulfills the main tasks in the field of education and science. The considered information and digital systems and web analytics services allow to: assess the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of traffic, find the potential for increasing conversion, customize the interface, test the latest functionality, identify the main goals and adjust them in accordance with the necessary parameters, find new tools for online website promotion, customize the quality content of the web resource in accordance with the needs of users, which makes the use of web resources of a scientific institution or educational institution more efficient and engaging. The collection of materials is addressed to researchers, academic staff, postgraduate and doctoral students, as well as a wide range of pedagogical community.
