Abstract

The methodological recommendations highlight the issues of relevance, basic concepts, essence, stages and features of monitoring the quality of blended learning, the principles and conditions of its organization in the vocational education system, substantiated goals and objectives of monitoring the quality of education in blended learning. A list of levels, objects and subjects of monitoring is presented. The structure of the methodological recommendations also includes sections devoted to the description of criteria, methods and means of assessing the quality of education, recommendations for the preparation and implementation of the procedure for monitoring the quality of the educational process in institutions of vocational (vocational) education in blended learning. The methodological recommendations are addressed to heads and teachers of vocational education, postgraduate and doctoral students, methodologists of scientific (educational) and methodological centers of vocational education.
