Abstract

The article updates the problem of professional self-determination students of general secondary education, as a valuable component of subject competences formed during the study of STEM technologies in gymnasium. The possibilities of STEM education, which is introduced into the educational process for the propaedeutics of the formation of the career orientation of education seekers for choosing a study profile, are outlined.
