Abstract
The monograph presents the results of a study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of building a strategy for the activities of an educational institution in modern realities. The state of functioning of the education sector of Ukraine under the legal regime of martial law is analyzed. The challenges of managing an educational institution associated with Russian aggression against Ukraine are identified. The tools for adapting educational institutions to martial law conditions are determined. Proposals are made regarding the implementation of the principles of development of educational institutions under martial law and post-war recovery. For scientists, scientific and pedagogical workers, employees of education management bodies, heads of educational institutions, as well as all those who are interested in the development of Ukrainian education.
