Abstract

The regulatory regulation of PPPs in the system of professional training of employees in Western European countries is focused on creating legal mechanisms that promote constructive cooperation between state institutions and the private sector. These legislative initiatives cover a wide range of partnership relations, from financing and management to quality control of professional training of production personnel. A defining feature of the legislative regulation of PPPs in Western European countries is the presence of detailed conditions for attracting private investment in professional education. This includes, in particular, providing legal guarantees to educational investors, which is extremely important for maintaining stability and predictability of the investment climate. Flexible, modern, practice-oriented legislation in Western European countries plays an important role in forming a sustainable innovation environment in the system of professional education, supported by the state and the private sector.
