Abstract

The article describes the results of the analysis of modern scientific approaches to understanding and shaping the mental health of an individual in the context of the formation of constructive coping behavior. It is emphasized that the physical and emotional state in adolescence depends on the choice of a coping strategy by an individual when faced with a psycho-traumatic and stressful situation. The article presents a study of coping resources in adolescents in a situation of prolonged stress. The main directions of building socio-psychological programs for the formation of adaptive coping behavior in situations of war-related stress are proposed.
