Abstract

The study examines the main factors driving labor migration, including economic inequality, socio-political changes, and globalization processes. Special attention is paid to the phenomenon of "brain drain", the impact of remittances on the welfare of the population, and the role of migrants in the transformation of the labor market. Special emphasis is placed on the international experience of regulating labor migration and the possibilities of its adaptation in Ukraine. Measures are proposed to reduce the negative consequences of migration, such as the outflow of qualified personnel, as well as to stimulate the reintegration of labor migrants into the national labor market.
