Abstract
This study is devoted to the analysis of the andragogical potential of non-formal adult education in modern Ukraine. The relevance of this direction in the conditions of rapid socio-economic changes that require constant updating of knowledge and skills throughout life is emphasized. The main problems of the development of non-formal education in Ukraine are considered, including insufficient funding, institutional barriers, low motivation to learn and unequal access to educational opportunities. The proposed ways of resolution include strengthening state support, developing digital infrastructure, creating quality standards for educational programs and stimulating participation through tax benefits. Particular attention is paid to the andragogical principles of adult education, which are based on their life experience, motivation and needs. Non-formal education is positioned as a key element of continuous learning, contributing to the development of human capital, adaptation to modern challenges and professional growth.
