Abstract
The methodological recommendations highlight the organizational and pedagogical principles and methods of professional self-development of teachers of professional colleges. The features of professional development of teachers of professional colleges, general principles and rules of self-development of the teacher's personality are revealed; recommendations are given regarding the organization of self-education and self-education of the teacher, the principles and effective methods of time management, improvement of general pedagogical, environmental and inclusive competencies of the teacher are substantiated; the features of self-development of pedagogical abilities and pedagogical techniques are characterized, examples of exercises for self-development are given. The issues of diagnosing and regulating professional self-improvement of teachers of professional colleges are considered separately. Methodological recommendations are aimed at pedagogical workers of institutions of professional pre-higher education, specialists of the postgraduate pedagogical education system for conducting classes on advanced training and retraining courses for pedagogical workers, as well as addressed to scientists, developers of state policy in the field of education, managers and employers.
