Abstract
The article examines the features of pedagogical communication on the basis of partnership pedagogy in the process of organizing educational activities of students. The author emphasizes the role of pedagogical communication as a key mechanism for the exchange of information, experience and interaction within the teaching staff. The importance of applying the principles of partnership pedagogy, including respect, trust, equality of rights and collective decision-making, is emphasized. The main functions of pedagogical communication, such as the organization of the educational process, exchange of experience, self-presentation of the teacher and solving common problems, are considered. The author analyzes the three components of pedagogical communication - communicative, interactive and perceptual - that ensure the effectiveness of partnership interaction. The article also identifies the peculiarities of teachers' communication in the context of the educational reform “New Ukrainian School”, which involves the introduction of modern methods and technologies to prepare teachers for the implementation of the partnership concept.
