Abstract

The article examines the educational transformations aimed at implementing the concept of the New Ukrainian School (NUS), which involve the formation of not only motivation for lifelong learning in students, but also new models of interaction through partnership pedagogy. It is noted that the pedagogy of partnership is based on the principles of mutual respect, goodwill, trust, social partnership and distributive leadership, which contributes to the formation of subject-subject relations between participants in the educational process. The psychological foundations of partnerships between teachers, parents, students and managers that support the independence of students with tutoring assistance are highlighted. The key ideas of partnership pedagogy are also substantiated, including: reliance on the age characteristics of students, building a friendly atmosphere, setting a difficult goal, reliance on schemes and logical sequences, free choice of creative tasks and the use of thematic blocks in teaching. Emphasis is placed on the importance of partnerships for the formation of the future generation, capable of applying the acquired skills in education, professional activities and interpersonal relationships
