Abstract

Facilitation is considered as a specific type of pedagogical activity, which is an alternative to authoritarian pedagogy. New roles of the teacher in the educational process are identified. The actions that the teacher as a facilitator must perform are determined. Facilitating learning conditions and the results of their implementation are formulated. The most significant results of facilitation in teaching and education are described, a list of actions of the pedagogical worker to obtain the named results is determined. A conclusion is drawn regarding the importance of psychological and pedagogical comfort for preventing educational losses in war conditions.
