Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the development of the value potential of schoolchildren and students through non-formal education. The author emphasizes the importance of non-formal learning in the formation of value orientations of young people as the basis for their personal and professional development. Innovative methods are considered, such as trainings, master classes, intellectual quests, world cafes and online courses, which contribute to self-actualization, critical thinking and self-development. Special attention is paid to interactive learning models, for example, the “Quadruple Helix” model, which ensures the quality and innovation of the educational process. An important aspect is the use of modern information technologies and online platforms to involve young people in socially significant projects. The conclusions emphasize the need to integrate progressive approaches to non-formal education into educational programs for the harmonious development of young people in the context of global educational trends.
