Abstract

An attempt at a scientific and theoretical understanding of the consulting component in the management of an educational institution is presented. The influence of management and educational consulting technologies on the effectiveness of management of a vocational (vocational-technical) education institution in the context of public-private partnership is investigated. The types of consulting that are appropriate to use in the process of developing and implementing public-private partnership projects are identified. It is proved that the consulting competence of the head of a vocational education institution will affect the development of the educational institution itself and the quality of the application of public-private partnership technologies.
