Abstract
The article examines the consequences of neurotrauma in children, particularly in war, when explosions and shelling can lead to serious brain and spinal cord injuries that affect children's mental development. The author analyzes the types of trauma, their symptoms, consequences, and impact on children's learning and socialization. Particular attention is paid to psychological and emotional disorders, in particular post-traumatic stress disorder, which can occur after explosive injuries. The importance of comprehensive rehabilitation, which includes medical, physiotherapeutic, psychological and pedagogical support, is emphasized. Methods of pedagogical support for children with neurotrauma, including an individual approach to education, correctional programs, and the importance of cooperation with parents and specialists are discussed separately. The article emphasizes the importance of targeted pedagogical work that allows children with trauma to adapt to new conditions and achieve maximum developmental opportunities.
