Abstract

It is noted that modern world trends in the assessment of the quality of education and its effectiveness (both higher and professional) are based on the fact that quality is considered in the context of meeting the requirements of employers. The problem of developing effective tools and approaches to assessing vocational education, which is relevant in Ukraine, is raised, since the peculiarities of implementing the educational process in the conditions of the war with the Russian Federation disrupt the balance of interests of the parties involved, cause a number of contradictions and affect the training of workers. Modern challenges are formulated that should be taken into account when analyzing and forecasting the development of vocational education, related to security circumstances in each region of the country, which negatively affect the implementation of educational processes, especially in settlements where active hostilities are taking place and participants in educational processes are forced to primarily address the issues of personal safety and finding resources for training (electricity, the Internet).
