Abstract

The main approaches to the formation of stress resistance of students of vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions under martial law are described: psychoanalytic, behavioral, existential-humanistic and systemic. The main principles of the systemic approach to the development of stress resistance are determined, which include: complexity, integrity, individualization, systematicity and prevention. It is noted that the systemic approach to the development of stress resistance focuses on the interaction of different systems and uses a wide range of interventions at different levels.
