Abstract

The methodological recommendations are devoted to the problem of identifying adaptation disorders as manifestations of psychological losses caused by war. Information is presented on post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) as one of the dangerous consequences of war; the content of psychological losses as a component of educational losses is revealed; materials on the features of adaptation in a war situation are presented. Based on the presented ideas about adaptation and adaptation disorders, a set of diagnostic tools is presented aimed at identifying adaptation disorders as manifestations of psychological losses in the emotional, social and behavioral spheres of mental development. The use of the materials of the methodological recommendations will allow practical psychologists, teachers, social workers and other specialists to increase the level of their psychodiagnostic competence, to obtain information with which you can quickly and qualitatively determine the signs and manifestations of adaptation disorders in people of different ages. This will contribute to minimizing and overcoming the negative consequences of traumatic events. The materials contained in the methodological recommendations can be used by psychologists, teachers, social workers, lecturers at institutes of postgraduate pedagogical education, methodologists, students, and scientists.
