Abstract
The thesis describes the European strategy used by institutions of higher education in teaching and administrative management in institutions. Teachers work in education where working conditions are changing rapidly and they are quickly becoming self-educated as they improve their skills. Scientists have not sufficiently studied the prerequisites that influence the self-education of teachers, and therefore they have identified three dimensions (conceptual, technical, social) of teachers' self-education.
