Abstract

The submitted material provides the results of the analysis of the definitions of "condition", "pedagogical condition", "pedagogical condition for the development of professional competence of teaching staff of vocational colleges". The list of basic pedagogical conditions for continuous professional development of college teachers is determined by means of expert evaluation. It was concluded that the experimentally defined pedagogical conditions, when they are provided, are the basic elements of the system of professional development of teachers in the college.
