Abstract

One of the most noticeable trends in information recently is the use of a wide palette of manipulation technologies that are purposefully applied to influence public opinion. At the moment, the main threat is from use of this technology is to increase the effectiveness of the enemy propagandists, specialists in conducting IPSO, recruiters. However, as experts note, there is a risk of habituation (getting used to) using such technologies as themselves citizens, as well as communication specialis.
